this is why some people hate on ai. imagine for bros idea to come to life he would need to hire a bunch of other pros to help get his idea accross and how expensive that would be. instead of people realizing these are tools to help create and remove roadblocks for allot of story tellers, they scream for banning of Ai. Keep doing what you're doing bro and I feel you tell great stories. P.s this isn't to say I hope people are out of jobs no. I hope UBi comes and more people have the freedom to create their own dreams and share it with others.
@RHLWАй бұрын
But since AI has to train off existing work, then someone(s) else at some point had to do all that hiring and lay out those expenses. Further, since all these tools do is to remix what already exists, then unless someone(s) continue to make those outlays, then there will never be any new styles created and we will be limited to eternal reboots of what has gone before. None of what you see here was the result of this guy's creativity, nor ideas, only a remixing of the creativity and ideas of others.

Admittedly, I was gonna have a quick peak, and roll my eyes at yet another ai generated thing and move on. I am surprised at the level of consistency and "deliberateness" if that makes sense. So when I found this and you explained how you did it, I'm slightly impressed that you did more than just type in a prompt. you added nuance and I will give you that.

Thanks so much for making this video! I've been on the fence with subscribing to Magnific. It's so $$$. I've seen plenty of examples of how amazing it is at turning a Midjourney image into something that looks like (or even better than) an actual photo. But does it really make a difference when Luma's output resolution is so low? Would it make a difference with Runway Gen-2 where the output is so warpy and morphy? Have you tried Luma with and without the Magnfic upscale and noticed any difference in the output?
@pizza_laterАй бұрын
Great question. For this project specifically, Magnific added a more photographic look to the images. As far as using it for Gen-2 generations, I don't think it would make any difference at all unfortunately. For Luma based jobs I'd take it on a project by project basis. Be careful though... It's hard to go back after you've seen how great Magnific is at adding detail to your images!
@Retro_Movie_RewindАй бұрын
@@pizza_later Thanks for the reply! I noticed that Magnific's Pro plan gives you 2500 credits per month, which they say works out to 200 normal upscales or 100 large upscales. In your experience, are most of the upscales actually useable? Or is it like Luma where most end up in the trash?
@pizza_laterАй бұрын
@@Retro_Movie_Rewind Sorry! Meant to respond but it was late. In my experience most of the generations are usable once you've figured out a workflow. If I push the creativitity slider too far things go off the rails quickly!
@Retro_Movie_RewindАй бұрын
@@pizza_later Thanks! I'm going to sign up for a month. I love Midjourney but it is a little low-res for my taste. Might even try Magnific with Adobe Firefly which definitely needs help.
@Retro_Movie_RewindАй бұрын
@@pizza_later Well I signed up. And yes I'm now hooked. I can't look at a normal Midjourney image the same way. It does even help with Gen-2. It's easy to see the difference in the amount of detail even with the morphing.
