I've experienced the same glitch for Order Up, it's because of the meters on either screen. If one gets stuck on either side, the game just softlocks. The same softlock will also happen if the tray of food somehow ends up on the floor after switching. It's an odd occurrence that happens on the PS2 emulator, but I'm not sure why it occurs
