For the waiting, get a bunch of decorations for the lobbies like posters, tables, clothes, and arcades make the wait score higher. They help immensely with your overall score. To get the perfect on the build, make sure the donut is flat when you drop it in the frosting and it will perfectly cover them. The sprinkles and icing can't fall off the sides but I also got perfects even if they did but that could just be me? Everything else should be golden and easy from there. Hope it helps! : )
