The fact that UPSC chairman has resigned so early after this story breaking out, shows that this is a hugeee story that could potentially implicate very big people & this Mr.Soni upsc chairman is being made the fall guy. This is only the tip of the iceberg. I hope some good investigative journalism is done in this regard to bring out more facts.

T.C. Gupta IAS Haryana is facing a cbi criminal case and money laundary case filed by ED but the Govt of Haryana has appointed him chairman of Haryana services commission after his retirement. Corrupt politicians of ruling regimes have criminal nexus with Corrupt bureaucrats , so no action is taken against them.This officer is reported to have dubious assets of multi multi millions of crores??

Fifty years ago I was rejected by public service commission. I had experience of ten years experience of the same post. I was waiting for my turn of interview. The guy sitting next to me was young may be having three years experience. He rudely asked me, why have you come for interview? You are wasting your time. I am staying with the chairman 's house . My selection is sure. He was selected. One department expert a professor who took interview told openly that chairman told me that you keep candidate talking, get one of your favourite person selected. Rest of seats I will select.

For us for any and every thing we need to give Pan card and Adhar card. Why UPSC don't use it for UPSC aspirant.

It is *IMPORTANT* to understand that the cases of past 2-3 years is more because UPSC has been releasing the PDFs‼ These Loopholes have been used by the Senior Bureaucrats to get in their Kin, children and relatives for decades. Senior Bureaucrats and Politicians have been using Disabilities PH, OH, PwBD, and especially HD Hearing Disability and VD Visual Disabilities to bring in their Kin, their sons, daughters and relatives. Now there are Senior Bureaucrats and Officers at the upper echelons of Various Ministries and departments who got in using these Loopholes and no one would ever know because there is no data in public domain of how they got in. You'll have to file RTI. THIS IS THE REASON WHY, in the Pooja Khedkar NOTIFICATION by UPSC, it did not mentioned about her FAKE OBC-NCL and FAKE PwBD Certificate‼

TINA DABI and her Ria Dabi, sister of the renowned Tina Dabi, both serve as IAS officers ; theirs cases must be investigated because parents of both of them are in Class 1 rank officer in govt of India. So being higher income SC family both parents maximum earns 20 lakhs per annum. Then how she claimed reservation for her selection under a SC category when income is more than enough to upbringing both daughters. TINA and RIA DABI case is of great cheating to government and in similar SC category those candidates who are being / or were being more poorer than the DABIS sisters but due to false claims of income by these sisters overlapped the needy poorest SC students to select in their valid position after examination. Both sisters selected in respective years by invalid and forged income certificates shown or submitted to UPSC. They have too been investigated as Puja Khadkar.

There is no creamy layer - non creamy layer for SC and ST , But for OBC there is non creamy layer certificate required . If candidate of OBC community belongs to creamy layer then he or she is considered from general category .
