This is why NFL receivers have no natural receiver skill set anymore, they don’t get any balls in high school because every high school team has a guy like this in America. This was the same story on my football team growing up, plus no kids can really throw until high school or college, real receivers are a thing of the past.

Once he brought them up, some came back, but Pooka was like nah man KU was loyal to me, Ima be loyal to them. That, plus the fact he wanted to get the fuck outta LA. He is good friends with my son, who produced the video.

Grade risk kept him from going to LSU. We waited trying to get Cam Akers when we had a perfectly great back in Etienne the year before and then we didn't let Pooka commit because he was a grade risk and would have cost us a scholarship. It's happened to us in previous years, which is why we try to avoid it. Brandon Martin a few years back cost us one.

Three years ago somebody commented on this the guy is now reunited with Louisiana again Louisiana - Ohio connection somehow we are now connected Joe Burrow Jamar Chase and now Pooka Williams I’m a bit worried how he’s going to do in the pros he’s not that big but he’s the most prolific running back I’ve ever seen in my life in high school he busted their as his freshman year in Kansas I cannot imagine he would not be a useful weapon if used properly up in Cincinnati I am extremely excited about this trio but more excited for Pooka a hard worker with finesse and style and speed I’m counting on you bro give it all you got and it should do that the job I just hope you given a fair chance
@ljbull332 жыл бұрын
Well it’s been over five years since Pooka Williams was in high school and I’ve seen a lot of great running backs in high school Clyde Helaire ,Trey #33, Ty Jordan ,Ty Jordan was so incredible I didn’t catch all of his highlights but my hearts broken when I think about his tragedies but when I see Pooka Williams run in high school I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody that prolific that’s why he ran for 1000 yards over at Kansas and they stunned temple I think it was Temple one of the first games because nobody knew who he was at the time little ole Louisiana kid stunned their as , he was much faster than everybody else
