How long did it take charge fully for the initial use? Mine will not work, it's been on the charger for 4 hours and now has green indicator light. Is that long enough?
@PUREreviews3 ай бұрын
Yes, the green light indicates that it is fully charged. It also needs to be under water to fully work or it will turn off to protect the motor.

hi does it also filter out algae? thanks
@PUREreviewsАй бұрын
Not really. Some algae will get caught in the fabric filter, but it is so small that I wouldn't use it just for algae removal.

Does it work in deeper water? You only show shallow operation.
@PUREreviews5 ай бұрын
It works in as deep as the pole will go, so yes.

the charger is a bit hard to figure out - the light goes green when plugged in and doesnt charge - not sure what i'm doing wrong
@PUREreviews3 ай бұрын
If you have a green light it should be fully charged and mine had a red light when it was charging.

Hello, whenever I buy a baterry operated product I want to know how many cycles the baterry lasts, if can be replaced, replacement cost... Do you have the answers? TIA
@PUREreviews5 ай бұрын
I don't see a way to change out the battery, so I don't think it can be replaced. I don't have an answer on the cycles because mine is still working just fine.

Online it says it picks up some algae- do you think this would work for small particles or chemicals at the bottom of the pool that didn’t completely dissolve? I just ordered this today!
@PUREreviews7 ай бұрын
Yes, because it picks up leaves and sand...so I don't see why it would pick up little chunks of chlorine for example.
@Strommy7776 ай бұрын
Yes, it did that for me. Had some undissolved shock at the bottom of the pool and it sucked it up.
@Strommy7776 ай бұрын
This worked great BUT there is one thing you did NOT mention. While it works great, DO NOT TURN IT OFF WHILE IT IS STILL IN OR OVER THE POOL!!!! I did and it proceeded to regurgitate a large portion of what I had vacuumed up right back into the pool (😠). Turn it off outside the pool. Otherwise it works great.
@Strommy7776 ай бұрын
As it turns out, if you are vacuuming leaves they tend to get caught in the rubber flap that is supposed to prevent backflow. That is what caused my issue, I still say be careful turning it off over the pool
@PUREreviews6 ай бұрын
That is good to know. I always lean it to the side so the water drains out and turn than turn it off. I have not had any issues, but I could see if the rubber flap gets stuck open it back flowing.
