I truly meant what I said I would have loved to be a kid at that party and I am certain it is something they will always remember from their childhood. I see a lot of parents today that will buy their kids expensive presents but forget about spending time with them. I love when I see people taking the time to create memories. I was lucky enough to grow up with a stay at home mom who spent time with me. I never felt like I was in the way. I will always remember when she scrubbed the floor she would take the kitchen chairs and put them in the living room and let me play bus with them. It didn't cost her a nickle to do it but it is a memory I will always have. I didn't have a fancy playhouse but I spent hours under a card table with a blanket thrown over it! It really inspired me to use my imagination which is probably why I enjoy crating videos! I am guilty myself of getting so busy making a living that I forget to make a life. You reminded me to slow down and enjoy the little things.

Someone asked me why I let them make mess and build tents/forts, but they are having so much fun, isn’t better than tv or video games? I guess no mess in front of tv 😆.....
