I went to that Chinese place in Cebu 9 years ago with my family, I would have been 9 at the time, Cebu is one of my favourite places in the Philippines along with Manila/Makati and Butuan, hopefully I'll be able to go soon because it's been too long since I've been. I like Cebu too, the temples looked nice. I laughed when I heard the chickens. I took a ferry to Mindanao and sat with some chickens at one point. The bribe was unfortunate but glad it all worked out and your parents didn't get upset =)

OMG, its so funny, imagine someone trying to bribe the crew of the ship to get the deluxe cabin Kraft family, ha ha ha, I'm lucky to found this video, I enjoyed watching it, its more than a truly reality show, very unique and you can get a good lessons. The American family so lucky to have a smart and charming Imabelle, even there something unusual she can handle it. She stayed calm and diplomatic. I suggest to Travis to create more videos to features their great travel experienced in different good places in the Philippines. including tips where to see the best tourist spots and foods to eat like what the parents did in eating Lechon in Cebu I like it, because I'm planning to visit Philippines very soon. since I discovered this website I will keep watching on this and I will be an avid follower. SezStyle yeah i actually tried to hand him the cash ;) You might get cops involved for a bribe then they come along and yo think you can bribe the cop and then it turns out he isn't the type to be bribe and then yo go to jail for bribing said cop in a twist of irony LOL For the record I also bribed a taxi driver to help me walk through a squatter neighborhood. Actually did that twice. Not sure if that or the bus incident are technical bribes but it makes a funny account ;) lol

His shirt actually says USA Wrestling because it is a shirt given to volunteers that work the Junior National wrestling tournament. They volunteer every year but missed it this year because it coincided with their trip to the Philippines.

some hotels will charge 500 peso extra if you want towels. that was a WTF kind of thing. but then they tell me, oohh thats just rent the towel. yeah its a bit of a culture shock kind of issue. just like the scooter parking guys, i have no clue who they are, just bums out on the street standing around then pretend to be working and pull out your scooter, never pay these guys more than 3 peso and thats even if they put the cardboard over the seat to keep the sun off of it.
