Thank you! I didn't really know how to make a circle cut in blender when I started, so I just settled on triangles, but I think it turned out okay anyways.

Just Subscribed! This was INCREDIBLE! Very impressive! The attention to detail was professional, and I loved the atmosphere this Found Footage created. The long corridor at 0.28 was very unnerving, and each section of the level gave us such a unique look and feel to it. The water effects was sooo well done as well! Incredible work!

Thanks so much! I'm super glad you enjoyed the video! The water effects took a while to master actually because I had never really done fluid simulations, although I guess it all turned out better than expected.

Very cool. Just the right mix of unsettling and interesting. Just a couple of observations with the sound. In the pool rooms it sounds like the walker is wearing extremely heavy boots. Adding the occasional rubber squeak, especially when turning or going up a slope might add just a hint more realism. The walking through water sound is very regular. It also doesn't seem "wooshy" enough for someone walking through water e.g. water over the knees, nor "splashy" enough for shallower water. Maybe it's just me though, so feel free to ignore. 😁 All in all, it was still a great piece and I look forward to seeing more! 😊

That's so cool bro , btw , what's the engine did you use to render this masterpiece?

I used cycles, in blender. I find that, while it may take much longer than something like unreal engine, blender just gives an aspect of realism to the render, and then I use ntsc-rs to do the vhs effect.
