A few things: 1. I love the visuals and memes. 2. If you have a uterus, check out cycle syncing/infradian rhythm. 3. A tongue scraper is absolutely worth the investment. That gunk on your tongue really is the culprit for bad breath. I also find that I gag way less using a tongue scraper than brushing my tongue.

Definitely relate to the story about Drew's friend haha One of my first experiences with beer was with this dark ale my friend recommended (that tasted awful) at a gay karaoke bar. I chugged the drink (mistake because I am small with no alcohol tolerance) and did a song. Two seconds later after my song, my friends are wondering where I went because I vanished. I couldn't find a bathroom when I was feeling sick so I ran outside. Shortly after that a really nice drag queen ran out after me was like OMG are you okay, let's get you back inside baby before you get snatched out here. Thankful they did because it was a little sketchy in that area. My friends and I still laugh about that to this day.

Chronic weed smoker here, thc doesn't allow your brain to go into deep rem sleep (ie the dreaming stage) and that's why you aren't feeling as rested. I've used melatonin XL gummies to get around that and even tho I'm still tired I at least don't feel like I need a nap of any sort which is rare as I'm a single mother to an active toddler. 😅
