So many employers would require a 4-year degree for jobs that can be done perfectly by people who did not even graduate high school, but I never knew that even banks would have this kind of mentality that a person who does not have a 4-year college degree doesn't know how to run a business. This mentality causes disqualification of competent and capable people from jobs or bank loans. Using cheap products doesn't mean they're bad. They're actually pretty good and you can't judge before you see the final product. As an artist I use cheap paint and art materials because I can't afford the expensive ones like the other artists but trust me my painting outcomes really beautiful ❤ and as a result I already had my painting showcase for an Exhibition 💕 no matter what happens never stop believing in yourself because "whatever you believe you can achieve" ❤

People can only judge you if you tell them what it is you're about to do. I told no one that I was starting a pet sitting business and it took 3 months for them to figure out that something was up and I finally told them but by then I'd already been on for websites and was creating my own website. I worked my butt off for 6 months and got the feeling that I was doing it for nothing and two weeks later I got a phone call about a job and that started to snowball rolling now I've had several jobs and I've done it with no help from friends or family you just got to believe in what you're doing and what you want and know that sometimes you have to go It alone. If they want to help great but do it without judging or forget it! You have to lay boundaries with people otherwise they'll stomp all over him and your dreams. Take care of yourself and know that you can do this whatever it is you set your heart on!

This one hit really hard. To have a huge dream and yet, no one believes you can do it. And because of that, you start to believe that too, but you haven't even got any chance to prove you can do it. But when you finally do it, they're really proud of you. It is so sad... And worst of all, I am experiencing that right now. And I've experienced something similiar before until it finally happened. Even my mom told me "Think realistic". I managed to get in touch with the royal staff here in Norway and planned a meeting with me, Crown Prince and people from the Dyslexic assosiation. How? Well, a thought hit me and said I have to make a video about succesful Dyslexics. There's a history of Dyslexia in the Royal family, so I sent the royal staff an email and requested them. I never told anyone because I knew people would tell me "You'll never make it". But hey, I did get a meeting with the Crown Prince of Norway and it was all over the news. So I figured out that even with no support, I'll just do whatever I want and I'll prove everyone wrong

There are three things that we learned from watching this special Dhar mann video.
