SSR Aoe Berserkers are one of the best kind of servants a newcomer can get, I know because Mama Raikou carried me over hard in my first year of playing, before I was able to build a good roster of servants. Because of this I know that the newcomers that manages to get Morgan are in for a treat, and even better, Morgan is the kind of servant that you are still going to use even after building a roster of good servants

Can cofirm - started 2 weeks ago, rerolled with Morgan, got Tama as free ticket choice and upto Babylonia the only once I got problems in a fight - the first Gawain fight.

was the same when i first started fgo. got raikou on her release banner back in 2018 and she carried me all the way to camelot where gawain insta killed her at the start of the fight with a crit. that was the point i realised i needed to diversivy my servant pool. only stopped using raikou after i covered every servant slot.

I like this format. Being able to focus on different aspects of a Servant and different levels of accounts is definitely more helpful to players. Looping comps are pretty formulaic so there's not much to be said in most cases. Goofy scuffed strategies are fun to see along with big brain strats. Plus, more Fino is always good.

I like the multi-vid format. More minutes of Fino, more minutes of enjoyment. This F2P one was very nostalgic as well, coming from the time Tamamo Paracelsus comps were our only reliable looping methods and even those were hard to assemble as a new player.

She's good enough as it is sitting as one of the Top with Arjuna and Ibuki for Zerks on the account of her Flexibility. Seriously, you can put her in an Arts Team and the worst thing that happens is just Damage Loss. But I'd be lying if I didn't want her S1's 30% Charge to be AoE or having S2 lets her Change the Ally's NP Type for 3 Turns, just to spice her up more as a Unique Support/DPS

They can upgrade her 2nd or 3rd skill to give her an NP charge per turn alongside the other timed effects. This can allow her to utilize 0 starting NP CE like Black Grail and also increases her consistency in stall teams and most team in generals by having more self sufficiency.

​@@ShiraFuyu2022Even a 10% charge is enough to meet her BG requirements, which is why I think an NP charge per turn effect is ideal since it covers the NP refund to upgrade her farming setups, as well as increase her consistency outside during CQs If it's on Skill 3, having it lower the cooldown from 7 to 6 will also be highly beneficial

My semi f2p team comp for Morgan while waiting for Koyan is: Gong with 50% CE, Castoria, Morgan with 50% CE and a 50% charger. Gong 2nd append is needed. Can clear almost anything and if the damage is a bit lacking, just use any MC to boost her damage. Too much clicking tho, especially in w3. You can even replace Morgan with anyone that has 50% and 30% battery, tho you have to use a MC with 10% charge if your dps only has 30% battery

So I am a F2P (Besides GSSR but those are really hard to pass up) and I haven't had any of the meta characters (No Merlin, no Skadi, no Waiver until a few days ago) Just a Kingprotea and a dream. Then suddenly I pull Morgan on my first ten summon with her, got Koyanskya with summon tickets, Got Morgan again from GSSR trying to get Castoria, pulled Oberon in 2 tens, and then got Morgan AGAIN when trying to get Bao Sith from the rerun banner. So in the course of like a month I have full Meta Buster Team and now I can't wait to run wild in all these farming nodes. Got me a MLB K-Scope so I can perfectly do a 3 turn NP loop. Interestingly enough Kingprotea can also go kind of nuts with this team as well so time to use the power of Mom Wife and Kaiju daughter to beat everything.

I can testify how good she is when I started the jp account used my emergency ascension on her and she carried me, thorough most of the game, and we renewed our vows in na recently lol, also she crits so hard the may go to comp was her and double himiko at the time, it usually allows 3.5 turns farming when you lack a koyanskaya a Merlin or a castoria which I did at the time

She really is new account friendly. Got Morgan in JP for last year’s anniversary GSSR, right after starting my JP account, and she has been a godsend. I don’t have any 50% chargers to this day, but she clears the majority of farming content with mana loading, one of many 50% charge CEs, Chen w/ Scope, an AOE 20% charger, and a friend support 50% charger. I’ve only had a JP account for less than a year and I’ve already given her 2 bond grails.

JP farming for newbie is kinda a joke since we have access to Xu Fu, Waver ticket and support Summer Ibuki. Litterally 3 turn loop 90% of content with just a couple day playing

In regards to the extra hits overcharge effect, Duryodhana also has it alongside Bhima, in fact their kits pretty consistently mirror eachothers for the most part, just focusing on different card types

Overcharge only affects Duryodhana's Rainbow Resist consistency. It doesn't affect his Hit counts. Bhima's the only one that does that

If people are not fond of Morgan (why? She's awesome...), another legendary banner is coming up again on 2024's White Day, Arjuna (Alter); Fino has a video on him too, and they work similarly, but Morgan has good farming potential with the 50% battery as opposed to Arjuna's insane damage ceiling and a 30% battery. It's really what you like more in the end, you got options.

I rather like the multi-video format, especially with how...chunky the roster is getting now-a-days. Give you more time to better explain the core concepts of a highlighted servant better while relegating niche/jank set-ups to other videos that people may or may not actually hold interest in. Especially the one you had done for "when to roll"; good for those uber picks that keep popping up in almost every blue moon banner that isn't tied to an upcoming or active event/story release.

While you haven't talked much about dedicated poorfriend teams ever since you stopped making dedicated teams of all sorts for every Servant guide, it's not like you stopped mentioning them. Or any other strats off the beaten path, for that matter. Also - and admittedly I have no way of knowing if this is correct - but doing multi-parters takes more time, right? I wouldn't mind this going forward once in a while, but maybe just for really important Servants like Morgan, so you can cover more characters, since I find you thorough enough with the normal format.

Any thoughts on running Himiko instead of Merlin ? Morgan , Himiko , Castoria or Himiko , Merlin , Castoria. Or is Morgan and/or Merlin required to run the immortal team ?

Himiko occupies the same slot on the Immortal Team as Morgan as an overcharge booster. You really want a healer and/or NP regen servant in Merlin's slot.

Himiko does not provide any heal or NP regen like Merlin does. Himiko, Merlin, and Castoria was the stall comp before Morgan released; Himiko provides extra overcharge and other buffs with her NP. However, as Himiko's NP is non-damaging, you'll be facecarding enemies and fights will take longer.

So Himiko drags the fight longer and gives 2 levels of OC , but Morgan has damaging NP but 1 level of OC. Thats fair, I wouldnt want to drag a fight longer than expected. Thanks for the clear explanation both of you !

You don't have to roll for her now if you don't feel like you got enough. She got 2 rate up later down the line and one of them is only half a year away. But if you ask, NP1 should be enough for Lvl90+ Farming. Assuming you have a 3rd Charger and Aerial Drive. Lvl90++ Node isn't coming till next year's Summer and you'd need at least NP3 for her

You can't go wrong with her at NP1. She will not be great at farming the tougher nodes but she's still gonna be strong. Remember, you got an AoE Berserker. You can't go wrong with that.
