Dear i used appropriate oil for rich kinda of gravies that are relished occasionally and also fot commercial purpose.. . yes ur absolutely right.. for home style cooking oil can be less but my videos are for both commercial as well as .cooking.. lots of love ❤️

God bless you Sorry but I have one suggestion if u won't mind, no doubt ur recipe's r outstanding, but they take little bit time n theirs nothing bad in that, I'm not complaining as I myself have tried ur recipe's n d taste is not only great but, they r superb, n d taste after so much time is totally justified to be invested, but if u will add some quick recipe na toh lazy people will also try n more people will subscribe to ur channel. This was my personal view, plz don't mind, ok, as ur recipes taste is already to die for.
