Poorly Planned Rampage! - Valkia and Karanak #1 - SFO: Grimhammer 3 - Total War: Warhammer 3

Valkia has gotten the best gift someone can get, a brand new puppy. We're going to work hard to get Karanak so we can show him off to everyone we meet.
We are playing with SFO: Grimhammer 3 so there will be some fun changes that comes with the mod, like a single entity Khorne Spawn and a Chaos dragon, as well as the usual changes that comes with SFO.
Valkia the Bloody, known also as the Gorequeen, is a champion of the chaos god Khorne. When the Daemon Prince of Slaanesh known as Locephax came into her hall, intrigued by her feral beauty, and commanded her to leave her throne and join him as an unpaid intern, the warrior-queen took up her great spear, Slaupnir, and in a berserk rage, slew the Daemon and swore that she would lay its head at the base of Khorne's Skull Throne in the Blood God's Domain. Though she died on the journey, Khorne was impressed with her devotion. From death he elevated her to daemonhood as his Daemon Princess.

yes sfo khorne campaign finally,please recruit elite units like chosen chaos dragons and other things that might be unique for sfo khorne

We'll get Chosen as soon as we can. There aren't many things unique for us in SFO, but I'm aiming to get the Spawn of Khorne and Chaos dragon, but I don't think they got much more than that. If there is something I've missed then I'll get it.

​@lazygrouse dude I am so glad you are doing Valkia in SFO. She is one of my favourite lords and I am always so drawn in by the expanded victory conditions. Especially the ones done for Vilitch which allow him to make Archaon his servant, and even make him your lord. Suffice to say, I can't wait to see what kind of rewards Valkia will receive from her King of Karnage. All hail Kharneth, all praise Khorne! Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne! Ah sorry if I got too intense, I just really like your playthroughs and that you're doing Valkia as well. I think it's because 1. I just really love her design and 2. Her story fascinates me. Do you know Valkias backstory by chance?

@@HarleyQuinn-vb5dm I'm glad you're excited and that you like my campaigns! Hope you enjoy this one too! :) I really like Valkia too. Definitely one of the coolest WoC lords. Ooh, that's a cool reward for Vilitch. No such thing as too intense for Khorne. I know pretty much the summary of her story, how she got her dad killed to get control of her tribe, killed a Slaanesh daemon and carried it to Khorne through the Chaos wastes died and became a Daemon princess. Mostly just read the Wiki when the champions came out. :)

Increased research rate is fine imo. SFO also often has additions to research, albeit usually earned via other means, but still. I find myself rarely having the options to speed up research... I mean mage heroes do it the best, but early on you kinda need all of them in armies. Except perhaps Vcount heroes, who can collect blood kisses early, but banshees are superior at even that, or at least you dont miss those from your armies that much. Also Valkia with magic (I think she can recruit mages, right?), or even better, healing, should just slap. Came up against her in SFO lately, and she tanked some tree kin and eagles all battle, only army losses took her out.

Yeah, I figured its more fun if we get a bit of a research boost so we can actually. She can get magic, and even though Valkia (because Khorne) hates magic, we'll still use them a little bit. But I plan on mostly doing buffs so kills don't come from magic.

@@lazygrouse Sure, thats pretty thematic. :D My research trees usually end up going into the end of my campaigns, so 150-180 turns. SFO even longer probably. So for shorter games imo its absolutely fine to speed it up.

It is very frustrating. I found you can press space to cancel the movement and retain the bonus Khorne factions get to razing and then moving after.
