It always strikes me how people like Mokko who live with way less that anyone in the western developed world (USA, CAN, UK, FRANCE, GER etc..) seem so much happier than most people who live in those countries. Thanks to Ras Kitchen for being a ray of sunshine in a dreary and depressing world. Money doesn't equal happiness, happiness is about relationships with family and friends, good food, and doing what you love. Bless Up!

I know. I think that’s the secret sauce. They share such a cool masculine dynamic & connectivity that is very rare to see. Mathew is what you call a “yin” man. Meaning he’s a male that is more in tune with his softer, feminine side. Mokko is a “yang” male, who tends to be the alpha males, the leaders. The magic happens because Matthew holds a gentle & safe space for Mokko to comfortably be his full self without threat or judgement, & without needing or challenging him for the limelight. It’s a beautiful thing to witness. 🥰

Actually the seeds have very little spice in them, it's the peppers Placenta that the seed are attached to. It's the capsaicin oils so yeah the seed products no spice beside the oils on them..
