I first encountered Sergio Aragones' work in the pages of *Plop!,* DC Comics' "New Magazine of Weird Humor" in the mid-1970's, and like Jonathan, I later bought *Groo.* In high school, I was in the musical *Something's Afoot,* which is a spoof of Agatha Christie's *Ten Little Indians,* and a talented friend of mine who later became a professional artist created a poster for the show in the style of Aragones, depicting the entire cast squeezed into a single huge hangman's noose. He was a huge fan of Sergio's work in *Mad Magazine.* This looked like one of the most effortless interviews you guys have ever done. Sergio seems to have a million engaging stories, and he gave you more than an hour with a minimum of prompting. Nothing funnier here, though, than the image of this great artist purging his studio of Garfields because Charles M. "Sparky" Schulz, the creator of *Peanuts* was coming to visit.

Awesome interview! He's incredible! I was never a huge Mad fan, but I love Groo! I have #1 from 1982, the special from 1984 and most of the Marvel issues. (Boy, do I have issues!) Loved watching. Thank you!
