Hey. I them from playing gatchapon and the pink one I got from a blind box at a random toy store in Ueno. You might be able to get them from Mercari Japan and use a proxy service for shopping?

Yeah, there is a secret in every 12 full sets. So there a higher chance than if you just buy a whole box instead of just one box (1 in 144). But still hard to get 😭
