Some points for improvement 1. When there's a match, the host needs to either say head on out or something, as the matches made on this episode didn't know what to do next. 2. When the picker doesn't find a match the host could say something like you didn't find a match, all the best, and maybe gesture with her hands or say head on out, as again the girls who didn't find a match just stood there until they realised they had to walk off, well apart from the lady in red who popped all the balloons and stood there until the camera had to cut away. 3. When going down the line and asking the picker if the men are her type, ask this same question to all the guys who popped their balloon, instead of asking some and then skipping some, which did happen in this episode.

The hostess needs to ask the right questions to the right people at the right time and this is where Arlette is so skillful and great at! Outstanding job by the host. The first woman was str8 up TOXIC. She is a "headcase". The woman in the reddish-orange dress who popped everyone's balloon, was most likely there to gain exposure. I liked the match between the second to the last woman and the guy with the cap. The last woman seemed genuine, a bit corny, but fun. I was hoping she would have been open to going on a date with Josh. An interesting observation was that DaQuan had trouble describing his occupation and finally summed it up on the last try, meanwhile Josh expressed his flawlessly and with enthusiasm on each occasion. Great episode, again, an excellent job by the host! Please vet contestants as stringently as possible because the first woman and the one in the reddish -orange dress, were not what most men are looking for.
