It would be helpful if you provided even one single measurement... especially the part with the folded tab just comes out completely random and chaotic. How long is the tab supposed to be in comparison to the card? You say "fold the tab". In what way? In half? In 3/4?

Hello. I just use a regular vellum board paper 200 GSM for the spread and 180 GSM for the pop up elements.
