I really wish you'd create templates to print out and color - this would be a great project for my students!

Beautiful!!! Did you put your art work into a scanner???😍😍😍
@thepopupgallery11 ай бұрын
Hello. Thank you ☺️ No. I didn't put my artwork into a scanner since I don't have a scanner as of now. Maybe in the near future, when I got one, I will definitely scan them for reproduction.

@@thepopupgallery wow! So you actually colored it?!!! It’s perfection!💕💕💕💕
@thepopupgallery11 ай бұрын
@@pastichegraham thank you. Yes, I drew and colored them one by one except my very first pop up video because that was printed. But the rest, they are all originally drawn and colored by hand. Hehe... 😁

@@thepopupgallery amazing!!!!!!! Do you think that you can do a step by step tutorial video like slowly on how to actually make a pop up???? How do you go about publishing a pop up book??? Been looking for very informative videos and yours seems to be extremely informative!!! Now I’m a huge fan of youu💕💕💕🥺🥺🌹🌹🌹💐💐❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@pastichegraham I think I can. This video is tutorial video but not very detailed. For publishing, as of now I am not publishing any of my pop up and I haven't published a pop up book yet. Surely in the future I can do that.

Huhu how do you make it stand after getting pressed down
@thepopupgallery9 ай бұрын
Everything are connected to one another. And the magic of standing lies on the folds. If you fold each element perfectly, they will stand automatically whenever you open the spread.

@@thepopupgallerythank you for replying om!! Im actually going to start crying cause this is our project and i can’t manage to make them stand without them getting flatted out
@thepopupgallery9 ай бұрын
@@Imcandy_ok pop ups are not really easy but you can still do it. Try to do simple folds first. Watch my other videos where there are just simple folds. Once you learn the basics, it would be easier for you to manage it. This video is a little complicated because there are lots of elements to look at. Try to see and observe the simple ones first.

Thank you for sharing... Its wonderful. What kind of paper did you use?
@c.r.mcleod89592 ай бұрын
You can use a medium weight cardstock, like what's used for card making. As long as it isn't too flimsy, it needs to have structure to it (the card stock or paper)

In my case, I use a little thick paper in 200 gsm as the spreadsheet. Then I use 180 gsm paper for the big pop up elements so that it will be sturdy and can stand strong. For the very small pop up elements, I use 80 gsm sketchbook paper so that they are easy to fold.

How did u make the tabs for the first peice
@thepopupgallery8 ай бұрын
Hello... Just fold the tip of the paper like the other pieces. Just fold the end part of the paper, then cut the edges a little. The bigger the tab, the stronger the piece is.
