Thank you! I bought this set a long time ago but it was so confusing i wasn't sure how to use it so i never have. I want to try to make a pop up fireplace card and i think i can accomplish that now! I am pretty sure i looked for a video on how to use them at the time i got it, even under your channel and there wasn't one at the time. So glad you made this!

I have made pop up cards in the past with an exacto knife and some shaky tabs -- and not that many tabs on one card. I just bought a Evolution Advanced machine and I was looking for a pop up card die that might have one or two tabs. I found yours with SEVEN and then found this video. I must buy these now! I can't wait to try your set! The test run / sample board is a fantastic tip. I also liked how you color coordinated the different types of dies. Your set is above and beyond what I was hoping to find. Thank you!

So glad I found this video. I just bought these dies yesterday and while I have a basic idea of how pop ups work, I just didn't quite get how to do the big platform and I doubt I would have thought how to add the 3rd layer to it. Thanks for designing them and this tutorial which I will certainly bookmark it.

Nice instructions, but the music...not so much... I have the Build a Flower set and just LOVE making the pop-up cards for family and friends. First try is the hardest, then the next try at making these cards is a breeze (thanks to your great How-To videos!!!).

I just received my set.That's a wonderful idea of numbering and having each die on a wide card stock for reference. How do you run the dies on that size as my machine won't accept anything beyond 6"?

Ours doesn't either, Florutopia! I think we probably turned it sideways and ran that way.

I am having a little trouble training the folds. Suggestions?

Yes, if you put a piece of copy weight paper on top of the sandwich as you run it through the machine, it will make the folds more pronounced and easier to find. Practice on some scrap paper, like the sample Fran makes for herself. Sometimes we have to fold the "shim" paper in half to double it...you have to experiment, every machine is a bit different.
