Popa is maybe one of the greatest guitar players I have ever heard. It was a privledge to see him play live and I wish I could witness his genius again. Popa Chubby is more than just a fat man on stage playing guitar and singing songs, he is our fat man playing his guitar and singing all our favourite songs, and he is amazing at it. He deserves to be heard world wide, more than he does. Popa, your the best blues player I have ever seen. Keep at it.

Saw him live Feb. 4th. We got to sit right on the stage 3 feet away. He really is a powerhouse of a guitarist. Really a nice guy too. We were way early and he came out before the show shooting the shit with us. Great sense of humor.
