The only thing that I would criticise, and I'm being a nitpick here, is that the main melody doesn't have the same "pop" in the attack, which I think is where the name comes from and lends to the theme! But of course you made all sorts of stylistic choices here that are all fantastic, and I'm just disagreeing with one. It sounds like yours does some sort of wave folding or oscillator modulation on the attack, and that's really nice in and of itself. Overall fantastic, in a sea of hot butter covers, this is one of the best.
