She is a better dancer then what people normally give her credit for. She takes care of her body and therefore she can do complicated dance routines even in her 50´s. She started out as a dancer, so she knows how important it is to stay fit and she is always in good shape when she is during her world tours. I don´t know if she still does this, but at one point she worked out everyday in the week to get into shape for her world tours. She is an amazing woman and she can still outperform pop stars that are half her age and tore up a stage. When she is sweating, you know thats because of how hard she is performing and pushing herself to the limit. She is in my eyes almost like an atlet, that works out almost non-stop. :)

I do a lot of sports and i am much younger than madonna , but the jumps on the single Music are fucking phenomenal , it takes a lot of muscles and a lot of endurance and excellent balance.
