Two things Bethany. 1. It's good to not drink while you're eating. We digest better if we eat, then drink. The water dilutes the stomach acid and you're more pro e to have indigestion. So, good job trying to drink after you eat. 2. It takes approximately 20 mins for your brain to get the signal that you're full. That's typically why people that eat slower don't eat as much.
