Danan: The Jungle Fighter (Master System) (PAL) - Full Playthrough

Danan The Jungle Fighter was a game I couldn't get into properly when I was young (then again, I don't think I had much patience for many platformers back then~) and I've always been putting off revisiting it whenever it comes up in my list of SMS games I haven't completed yet but seeing you complete it makes me want to attempt it once again. The one thing I remember most about this game is that it shares music with G-LOC (the SMS version)! This game's boss theme is also the boss theme for G-LOC (with the pitch slightly altered). It's nice to see you upload again (I remember watching your Lord of the Sword playthrough ages ago when I was looking for a playthrough of that game) and when I saw this video pop up and saw your user name, I was like "Oh my! It's that channel I watched ages ago!" and had to finally subscribe. Sorry for the wordy comment.

Not gonna lie, I only just woke up and your comment already made my day. I'm really glad to hear I've been rediscovered (or am still being watched by) someone who's seen my videos back when I was still a 16-17-year-old cringelord. Incidentally, I have been meaning to redo my Lord of the Sword video for a while now. Just need to find the time to practice the endgame so I can get through the whole thing without deaths. There are plenty more playthroughs planned after that, too, but, again, time is pretty tight, and it's always a lengthy process of practicing, recording, editing, uploading, and writing the description and text commentary. But anyway, thank you once again for having stuck around for so long, and I hope you'll be able to beat Danan soon!

I wasn't too surprised at lots of texts for a rather simple platformer, but I did when I realized it's a full-scale pulp adventure.

The idea of some absolutely hulking, muscle-bound behemoth just running around shanking everything with a little butter knife is utterly hilarious to me. (Also, damn 2 videos already. I'm starting to believe in miracles.)
