Poplar Beach Vs Francis Beach Surfperch Summer Fishing.

This video is a Compilation or 2 different videos and days of Surf Fishing. My friends and I combed the surf from Francis beach to Poplar beach for Surfperch. The end results are great.

IMO, Poplar beach has more structures, therefore Poplar is better for me. Hope this helps. Tight Lines.

Do you prefer the paddle tail grub to the Gulp camo sandworms. They stay on hook better.

Hi Ron. For me, The Paddle tail eliminate the Shiner or Walleye more often and it catches just the Barred of which i prefer catching. I sometimes used Gulf sandworms on a sunny and clearer water.

@@fishermanally Yes, I'm slowly learning that those pecking dinks are a constant bait thieves; bigger baits would eliminate them!

Great video. I was fishing at poplar beach the week before last week. Didn't get anything, too many sea weed. I guess I need move toward south.
