Great education on the poplitus's rotational Force like unscrewing trekking poles to adjust its length, except to unlock the knee and lock the knee. 👍

I appreciated the comprehensive discussion of the popliteus. It would be advantageous if the video didn't switch between right and left legs as the views change and if there was greater contrast between the skeletal elements and the white background during demonstration when using the model.

Thank you for this. I have a popliteus tear and have been getting lots of snapping in what seems to be the lateral meniscus. This seems to explain that. Now if only I could find a surgeon who can repair it.

Thank you! Sorry to hear about the injury. If you haven't already, then go see a good physiotherapist first before considering surgery (make sure to do your research and find a good one), it may be something they can help you with healing naturally using rehab techniques. Sometimes the natural healing process has better outcomes than surgery, so it's always worth considering physiotherapy to see if it's something that can be rehabbed. Best of luck!

Hello, I like your videos very much. Can you please make same videos on each ligament?
@BodyworksPrime Жыл бұрын
Glad you are enjoying them. Videos on the ligaments will be coming. Though it may be a while before I get to those.
