Watching young Miles progress this year from his AVP win to this win with Benesh here after pushing Qatar last week is just great. Miles Reminds me of a young lefty David Swatik. From back in the AVP day. Their skills, attitudes and demeanour as a new US team on the block is a pleasure to watch. They are humble athletes. Miles makes Andy better and Andy is shining as a result. Miles has a head on him beyond his years. Miles reminds me of a lefty Christian Sorum, Making clutch plays in transition but with the added bonus of being a lefty to take down the 2nd ball attack, time after time..love it..go young gun.

They did fine against Qatar ( and a lousy ref) last tourney so yeah they have top 16 potential . But that whole top 16 thing is badly rigged to keep rising teams out …. Will take a while - Paris?

@@vbsand5882 i mean who knows. I think Miles is our best player, period. I think Andy also has a very high ceiling and a lot of size and talent that isn't teachable. A medal in Paris would be incredibly ambitious but not impossible!
