(0:00) I was about to say that it was from the most popular anime of the early 90's which is recently dubbed in English by Viz with an all-American main cast of actresses and actors who still sounded even better than the original Japanese or the all-Canadian main cast of the DiC dub. Well, I really guess it's Moonlight Legend from Sailor Moon, and she might've been the most powerful and admirable heroine ever admired by more women as the titular character of the show!
