After all, Poppy was slandering her and painting false narratives and lies with court documents out of context thinking no one would google. and Titanic was posting mocking photos and statuses on vacation and such, commenting to fans how sad it was and they had no case. Settling out of court no doubt means they're no longer allowed to use her likeness. It's the REAL reason for Poppy's change overall.
