People don’t realize how much work it is to take care of pets. Your house looks like you have toddlers with the amount of toys laying around. And it is actually the same thing when you have animals. They are part of your family and they are totally dependent on you to care for them, so wanting to get a prairie dog as a pet because they are so cute is not the best attitude to have. Just observing you demonstrates the amount of work required to care for them. Not everyone can do it as well as you do. You are totally committed and you love them and that is what it takes.
