everyone talking about how cool huggy wuggy was here, but can we take a moment to appreciate the VA for this vhs tape?! i was watching all the play throughs and was more horrified by the tape than i was huggy. all the voice actors really poured their heart and soul into this project. grateful for them!

The VA for this is bloody terrifying. The way he suddenly goes from helpful and happy to scorn is already unsettling, and the "Smiling mouths, full of teeth and meat and plastic" is delivered with so much goddamn sadism. This VHS is honestly one of this chapter's highlights for me!

If you happened to watch this video and went straight to the comments just to say why the player didn't run and kept looking back, it's actually because you can't outrun Huggy. No matter how fast you try to escape, or how early you leave the room, Huggy will still be faster than the player, forcing you to get caught and wake up from the nightmare.

So it was indeed a nightmare... Our character was obviously very traumatized by Huggy to have nightmares about him. But on the other hand I still want to believe that he is still alive, the proof of chapter 2 with the traces of blood and his hair makes me think that he must be hiding somewhere.. or he is alive but succumbed to his wounds and died. probably caught by the prototype

The First Thing I Adore a lot when the speech impacted the player deeply into his soul, the way the speech delivered was so terrifying and leaves a scar on player's mind.

Honestly, I find it strange how the player only dreams about Huggy Wuggy and not Mommy Long Legs… Maybe it’s because we helped create Huggy Wuggy. Mommy Long Legs and Miss delight both mention that we worked there and we must have been an important figure since we have our own slide just like the other important employees and the owners too And maybe that’s why the player has so much PTSD from him, because we feel guilty and regret helping to create the bigger body of this toy

This scene was pure psychological horror, and it was amazing!

what's interesting is that this whole sequence is practically the main character's dream. the persona speaking in the vhs starts off with introducing the viewer what the orphanage has in store. but then the tape quickly turns into a different direction in terms of tone. he goes far happy and delighted to mysterious, taunting and perhaps angry. the speaker telling the MC "should you come back...years later", almost as if the main character is telling themselves that eventually, they will comeback to playtime co. and the line "your conscience finally getting the better of you", almost implies that the main character was actually one of the few workers who knew about the BBI (bigger bodies initiative). but then the speaker tells the mc that only "horrors" await their return, and that they're "hungry", or perhaps "eager" to reunite. this whole suggests that the Main character was not only aware, but perhaps even partook in these experiments. but if that were the case, why didn't poppy, ollie, or even kissy tried to kill us? if we were involved, then they have every right to exact revenge. but they don't? its either that poppy really wants to help us kill prototype, or maybe is luring us to prototype to be killed. after all, with this dream, it's kinda obvious that we, the main characters in this story, are involved with the suffering these kids have been through.
