Baba Chops is a Nightmare Critter and appears to be an antagonist of the upcoming Chapter 4.

Baba Chops is an anthropomorphic sheep, characterized by a dark gray wool that complements the expressive black eyes associated with her toy line. However, her dark wool contrasts with her stark-white face (which has two small slits for nostrils), hooves, cotton tail, and triangular-shaped ears, the insides of which are darkened. Although the black sheep retains the perpetual wide grin and darkened inner mouth, she possesses two large white bucked teeth on her upper lip, which are similar to those of cartoon rabbits. A distinct black zipper gracefully traces down her center, showcasing a lustrous silver skull pendant.
Personality
Her personality has been compared to an angsty teenager. She apparently prefers her space, and is very introverted.
Judging by the Chapter 4 Teaser Trailer, Baba Chops is an efficient and ruthless hunter, having killed and collected hundreds of small toys. Given this large surplus of food, it appears she now kills for sport rather than a need for sustenance. Instead of searching for prey, she utilizes her collected corpses as a deadly lure, one meant for any toy who dares enter her domain.
She is also cunning in nature, using her darker color scheme (compared to her vibrant brethren) to blend into the darkened factory environment, hiding in plain sight. Her camouflage tactic allows her to stay close to her soon-to-be prey, who would be unable to detect her presence until it's too late.
Trivia
The animal choice for the character was based on KZbinr Sheeprampage.[2]
Her theorized name might be based on the song "Baa, Baa Black Sheep".
Her pendant, a skull, is universally seen as a symbol of death, potentially implying that her personality trait refers to drama and acting, paying homage to the infamous skull in William Shakespeare's Hamlet. Or possibly even implying that she is psychopathic and murderous, as seen in Chapter 4's teaser trailer.
She is not the main antagonist of Chapter 4.[3]
Although not confirmed yet,[4] it is heavily theorized her name is "Baba Chops" due to Mob Entertainment's recent trademarks.[5]
This was later confirmed by Mob themselves from a Twitter post.[6]
Contrasting the rest of the Ruined Critters, all of whom are visibly damaged in some way (loose stuffing, ripped fabric, missing eyes, etc.), this black sheep seems to be largely intact.
This could imply that she was created quite recently, possibly by The Prototype itself.
She is the first of the listed "Nightmare Critters".
