Thank you for this video! We have one in the porch and while my parents are on holiday I wanted to clean the house but I was a little bit afraid of the mop, so wanted to see someone else use it and point out where I filled water and things. Now I know that it’s really simple to use, so I’m going to go clean now!

Does the carpet glider also keep coming off as soon as you lift it? Impossible to clean carpets on the stairs

Same....super annoying. Great when in use though. Just hard not to lift it.

Really helpful vid - thanks so much! Quick question: Am I right in assuming a carpet cleaner/ detergent can be mixed in with the water when filling it? (kind of obvious but just wanted to be sure!)

when cleaning the carpet does it suck in the dirt from the capet into the water tank? how does it clean?

No, it just cleans with steam and the cloth mop. Nothing is sucked up.

I think yours might have a fault because ours is good to go in 30 to 60 seconds. Just be aware though that when it's in the upright position; it has a cut-out feature.

Just a question just bought one of these's and I've got water leaking from where the tank sits into the bottom part so does that mean the seal has gone bought from b&m

Unfortunately yes. I don't have any water leaking in my one. Only when it goes up to steam then I might have slight moisture droplets. But it's nothing major.

Yes...it's a really good steamer and after a few years still going strong. A strong hot steam. 👍

A bit more grippy on lino .....where as our flooring ( pvc ) fake wood it glides more freely ,👍

Worst steam mop. Broke within 2 weeks. The protecting buttons came of after few uses. And then the vapour started to come from everywhere except the bottom. Waist of money. Wish had kept the receipt to complain about it.

purchased 2 from amazon neither work. the first barely put any steam out so thought it was faulty, got a 2nd one and exactly the same thing happened. would not be recommending these at all
