I just found your channel, and I LOVE it! I'm getting ready to remodel a doll house that my parents built for my older sister back in the 70's. I want to give it to my granddaughter for her 5th birthday, and I need to make furniture for it and try to make it functional and fun and pretty for her. I have to ask you- are these pieces strong enough for her to actually play with, or are they more just for decoration? I want her to be able to play with the furniture that I make for the doll house. A response would be so helpful to me because this is a project I need to get rolling on because her birthday is only a few weeks away. THANK YOU!!

The upper part made out of the foam board is pretty strong after gluing the layers together. The feet Might fall out 😕 maybe you could try a stronger glue then hot glue. I think just being played with would be ok but I don’t think they’ll sand up to being stepped on or really rough play.

The seat of the chair was 3 inches by 3 1/2 inches

They were designed for Barbie. I’ll take a look at the file I should really have a one inch maker on it anyway.

@@PoppySeedMini Hello, I am having the same issue. May I request the dimensions of the practically square base pattern piece if you have the time? My printer is printing the pattern either way too big or way too small. I love your channel, had a wonderful time making your barbie bathroom with the shower for my 5 year old :)
