Ikaw Ang Simula is one of my most favorites from this album. It is now the second most streamed song of the album on Spotify. Been playing it on repeat since October last year. I think all songs from this album are single-worthy, well-sung (vocally and emotionally). I hope at least two songs from this album reaches 1 million streams. She already had three songs with more than a million streams from the 80s (Poinst of View with Joey Albert, Don't Say Goodbye and Just Say You Love Me), one song from the 2000s (Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang with Frreestyle). She does not have a song with at least a million stream in the 90s decade. Nasaan Na Ang Puso Mo is inching closer to 50,000 streams but still a long way to go to hit 1 million. The next song to hit 1 million will be Kaya Pala from the 2000s. It will join Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang in that decade. Pops has more than 280,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. If those listeners will join together to listen songs we can help create a record for Pops being an artist with 2 songs having at least 1 million streams in 4 decades. In 2010's decades she does not have a hit song, but she has a lot of deep cuts from her albums (Silver and Hope). It is unfortunate that her When Words Are Not Enough album is not on spotify. In 2020's decade, she has two GREAT singles, Always Loved and Get It Poppin, which can be promoted to the Gen Z coz the productions of this songs are so NOW and they are really great records. For now, I am playing on repeat Ikaw Ang Simula. I hope pipanians join me in this goal of giving Pops millions of streams.

What I do on spotify is play the song that I want to increase the streams on repeat. There is a button that automatically plays a song on repeat. At work I just set the volume to the minimum so I can't bother anyone. And also when I sleep, I just let the song play on repeat on my ohone. I just checked her songs again. In the 90s decade Dont Let Me Be The Last To Know is the closest to hit 1 million as it is in 400k+ streams already. This song is from her 1999 album Moments which is her most streamed album. I will add this song to play on repeat so that it reaches a million streams soon. Do you know a GC of Pips fans where we can ask them to join in this quest?

@ I just realized that Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang is part of her album Moments which is from the 90s decade. BUT, I noticed that the number of streams for the version from Moments album is the same as the version with Freestyle. It is safe to say that streams for both version counts for both versions. I just don't have a means to segragate how many streams were actually for the Moments version and how many for with the Freestyle version. Is it safe to say that the Moments version of Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang had already breached 1 million streams? If so, Pops already has songs that reached 1Million Streams in the 80s, 90s, 2000s decades.

Let us play on repeat Dont Let Me Be The Last To Know and Kaya Pala for them to reach 1 million streams already. Let us encourage other Pipanians to do the same. They don't have to listen to it all day and all night long. Just set the Spotify on mute and the songs on repeat while at work and at home and even while asleep.

@@jmrnsngbrd It was praised by critics for her vocal performance. it was certified Gold by PARI. I think this album is not underrated. Understreamed on spotify, I would say.
