Hi Pinky Plum - I have a tutorial for both HK cupcakes and HK cake pops! The pops would be easier without an oven. Just buy a pre made cake from the shops, and some frosting and crumble the cake then add the frosting a half a cup at a time until you have a nice truffle-like mix to work with :) xx Elise

can you use the pre colored popsicle sticks or just the plain ones

i'd say it wouldn't make a difference. The only problem is the dye they use to change the colour of the sticks might be toxic or something. Maybe try painting the sticks with edible food dye
