Greetings! Another great walk by Daniel. Even on a Cold Cloudy Brisk Day. Sun came out near the end. Beautiful City! Great architecture! New and Old, it all blends in perfectly. 0:12 *Radio City Tower* behind *Liverpool Playhouse Theatre* . 2:22 *Royal Court Theatre* (red building to the right of screen). 2:31 *St George's Hall* says on building, "Artibus Legibus Consiliis" ....St George’s Hall was officially re-opened in 2007. It is currently home to Liverpool Register Office and a heritage centre, and it used as a venue for events such as concerts, conferences, exhibitions and receptions. Daniel, You showed us so many AWESOME Statues: Below is a few (not all). 4:09 *Prince Albert's Statue* in Liverpool, England ... The statue depicts the popular Prince Consort, husband of Queen Victoria, riding his horse. 4:33 *TO THE MEN OF LIVERPOOL WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR* Liverpool Cenotaph stands on St George's Plateau, to the east of St George's Hall in Liverpool, England. It was erected as a memorial to those who had fallen in the First World War. 5:02 *Statue of Queen Victoria* at St George's Plateau. tinyurl.com/w6bfyz3 7:33 *St. John's Gardens* (briefly) 13:52 HUGE *City Council Building* (right side) 23:05 *Singer* really has a great voice, hear him again near the end. 24:10 Shopping Mall 24:18 Okay, now this is a bit ridiculous. Woman with yellow bag and child. I have never seen a woman over cover herself like this extremenist. Maybe she's a crook. Very Strange! Wonder what her photo ID looks like! Haha! 24:34 WoW! Upper Class shopping for the Rich! I love it! 29:55 *Albert Dock* This is a very Classy dock, if I may say so. 33:19 *Tate Liverpool* is an art gallery and museum in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, and part of Tate, along with Tate St Ives, Cornwall, Tate Britain, London, and Tate Modern, London. The museum was an initiative of the Merseyside Development Corporation. 34:43 Look at all those beautiful *padlocks* on fence! I love this! 💖💛💚💙 35:23 *Billy Fury* Born on 17th April 1940, Ronald Wycherley better known by his stage name Billy Fury, was an English singer from the late 1950s to the mid 1960s, and remained an active songwriter until the 1980s. He had the 1961 UK No. 3 single “Halfway To Paradise”, plus 25 other Top 40 UK singles. 36:56 *Museum of Liverpool* 38:05 *Barnett Waddingham* 39:17 *Mersey Ferries* 40:15 *The Beatles* 💘Love these statues! Looks life size! 41:08 *The Royal Liver Building* is a Grade I listed building in Liverpool, England. It is located at the Pier Head and along with the neighbouring Cunard Building and Port of Liverpool Building is one of Liverpool's Three Graces, which line the city's waterfront. 44:22 *The Church of Our Lady and Saint Nicholas* is the Anglican parish church of Liverpool. The site is said to have been a place of worship since at least 1257. The church is situated close to the River Mersey near the Pier Head. Daniel, the garden walk was wonderful! 50:25 *The Town Hall building* says, Paul Mcdonough. WOW-- It is Breathtaking! 🎄 PopTravel Daniel, Thank you for this walk. I learnt a lot from this walk. @@RoughRider757 Liverpool is a good place to live. I'm from a town a few miles away from Liverpool, my dad's family are also all from Liverpool. For black people, every place has its ups and downs. Unfortunately with the way the world is, I don't think currently black people can ever fully escape racism, but I can tell you its better than a number of UK cities and far better than the majority of places in the US. You'd be welcomed by the vast majority of Liverpudlians with open arms, but as with every other city, there are the minority of people who are just horrible people, but they don't represent the opinions or voices of the majority so hopefully that doesn't put you off. If you do ever come to Liverpool, you're more than welcome to let me know and if I'm not busy at some point during your stay, I'd be happy to give you a tour of the city, and if possible, even go to watch the champions of England play football/soccer ;) good luck!

@@danielprudhoe647 In my neck of the woods we have people who are called folk. People that will look out for one another. I'm so use to that mindset here in the Atlanta Georgia area. We extend and show kindness to a stranger. I remember when a female friend of mine was in trouble, it was a complete stranger that risked his life to protect her from a man that was attempting to harm her. And ethnicity never came into the equation despite the hero's different skin color. The way you describe Liverpool makes it sound like a similar place and people. I like that Liverpool is a real city but not HUGE like a NYC or London. Just want to live in a different culture while feeling at home. Hopefully once the pandemic becomes less of a issue I will get the chance to go over to Europe and start the process of looking for a new place to learn more about. I'm considering Dublin Ireland, Glasgow and Edinboro Scotland, and Liverpool UK. Thank you for your kind offer. I would very much like to spend time with a new friend while learning about your awesome region of the U.K..

Ha! Thank you! I love the exercise as well. Liverpool was great and on this day I finally found a way to get rid of most of the wind noise. There is a video of Chester also coming up, which a town maybe 40' by metro away and worth a visit -- when you spend more than one day in Liverpool: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGTMhqabg7yWbdU
