Thanks for the comment, the store is in a really narrow alley so it's like a hideout, I'm guessing you mean the chiffon cake with about 11 minutes of green mixed batter? It's a matcha and plain chiffon cake. I'm not sure if it's the green tea or plain chiffon cake, but I'm not sure...chiffon cake shrinks when cooled as is, so I turn it upside down and let it cool. Please come back and check it out again!

Too many questions! Why did she start this business? Did she have any formal training? Why does she scoop the batter away from the center just before baking? Why not translate all of the conversation instead of just a very little?? Maybe this isn’t made for international audiences in mind, but if not, why provide your content to non-Japamese countries?? As it stands, I certainly won’t watch another of your videos, even though this sub-genre is so interesting to me….it just isn’t at all fun or even interesting to watch a fully anonymous person doing something they love with so little information provided. Especially if one doesn’t understand Japanese.

Thanks for all the questions. She says she is very shy and doesn't like to share much of her soliloquy. She said the reason she pulls the dough from the middle to the edges before baking is to make the baking process cleaner. She said she didn't have any special training, she just made it her profession because she loves baking with all her heart.
