I remember fish cake that I used to buy in the alley after finishing my academy when I was in middle school. Red fish cake soup with fish cake soup... I miss it. How delicious is it that they can line up like that... Will it generate billions of dollars in sales?

Most of it was different type of fishcakes, most of the fish cakes were steaming in a fish stock. the long white tubes was rice-cake for tteok-bokki (an extremely popular korean dish) the red sauce is a spicy gochugaru sauce that looked like it was also mixed with a fish base stock. I believe they also had blood sausage but i could be mistaken because ive never had that. Fish cakes are very delicious and if you have a good korean market near you, they usually have both rice cakes and fishcakes for purchase. Hope this helps

Its a traditional dining stall, kinda think of it like an outdoor mall food court. Think of it like various types of the same food but served in different broths/sauces. They are all on sticks for ease of eating, like the american corndog. The long white tubes are rice cakes, basically ground up rice into a flour and turned into like a large version of a noodle, its usually had in a spicy sauce and is called tteok-bokki. It is all extremely good, and most korean markets sell both rice cakes and fishcakes. Maangchi on youtube is an amazing source of knowledge on korean cooking but made simple for non-koreans to easily follow
