Keep up the great videos! All of these examples are perfect. It’s great to watch you work your way through the imperfections we all see in construction. I have subscribed and look forward to more content!

Bullnose looks great around windows. That cabin is awesome! Do you have a link to the AirBNB?

Man this is so cool. I’m a plumber and I wish I had gotten into sheetrocking. I started my own construction company and I’m so jealous whenever I call I the sheetrockers

why do you need to mud twice? mud then sand? then mud it again? same material?
@thedrywallguyofthediy2456 ай бұрын
The first coat of the mud is a hot mud or also known as quick set mud. The reason of using hot mud is because it’s less shrinkage. The second coat which is the finishing coat, I used the All Purpose mud (bucket mud). If you use All Purpose mud on the first coat, you will have to apply 3 coats to keep it nice and flat. Because bucket mud shrinks more. If you do 3 coats, I suggest you use 3 knives, 6, 8 and a 10 to spread the mud. And yes, I sand the ball of the beads between coats. I hope I answered your question. 😊
