I stopped drinking and smoking is next. It has alot to do with the people i’m around and once I control that I’m good to go. Alot of them were taking up my time and it’s because I wasn’t being strict on boundaries and I feel it’s also my addiction. Sometimes I feel like I self sabotage when I lose patience in my journey. It’s definitely all me. I left a situation like that with someone with abandonment issues and I’m noticing a pattern where the people that come to me guilt trip me when I can’t be under them all day so most likely it’s a mirror to what I’m dealing with. I know the right people will come but I’m impatient and it puts me in situations where I’m slow to cut things out that are draining me.
