I just installed similar tiles on a wall. 40lbs per tile and another 50lbs of mud on the back of the tile. Alone. I almost threw my shoulder out but it looks amazing. 20 tiles cover the entire room floor to ceiling

That's wonderful machine. I envy you. Also i want to take your machines. Haha. Just joke. Good machine. My country of tile's machine developments speed is not good. And most of old tilers are fraid of development. Because when they learnded and studied from the tile skill of the older than tile's master, they were hit from the master. So they are fraid of change, challenge, and own position shaking. You are a good tile master. I also tile engineer. I have worked for 8 years. I appreciate to you. I am archtecture in Republic of Korea the first grade that pubilish my country. By the way i was wood maker for 2 years. Шесчь! Бля, как всё легко и быстро на видео! В жизни несколько не так. Сейчас клею порцелан 60х60 см на пол, с помощью таких же точно СВП с клиньями. Шипцами не пользуюсь, потому что руками вполне справляюсь, а даже и без щипцов иной раз передавливаю так, что арка (дужка) основы СВП отрывается. При нанесении двух слоёв клея - на пол и на плиту- регулировать толщину клея мне так-же тяжело как и при нанесении только на пол. Я, правда, не кафельщик а строитель, но всё-таки.... Сегодня с присоски упала плита, обрезанная и с вырезанным отверстием под канализационную трубу. Разбилась. Присоска хорошая, металлическая, покупал в K-Rauta, марки Tebo. Тележки-стульчика, как у Андрея Шайтера, я не имею. Может в этом причина того, что за день всего несколько квадратных метров успеваю наклеить? Хотя на видео всё так легко и быстро...

how is this done so the tiles don't scratch?? We just had high gloss porcelain tile installed, ALL scratched. They have not grouted yet, but I am sick. Every tile deep and light scratches. They should have cleaned each tile after laying? I have no idea how to approach the contractor now.

whats the smallest joint you can do with this system of installation, we need 1/16th? currently doing 200 bathroom highrise in NYC and I think using this system partially will greatly enhance production for us. We have to be within a 32nd of an inch on our benchmark for our floors and our pieces are 3/4 thick marble. is that too thick for this system also?

The smallest joint for marble 3/4" is 2mm (long clips) 1/16". Tile thick 1/2" you can get 1/32".,1/16" and 1/8 or 1mm., 2mm.,3mm

why they need to initially apply the thinset in different direction but in the end in one direction.....why not just do it one time back and fort in one direction?

Always use a white thin-Set on any high-end porcelain tiles unless you’re cheap and looking to save money!
