Hyponychium, is the skin under the nail/free edge . Some it extends far or an excess growth so it hurts, all you have to do is cut a little off from the nail form. Btw- I had no idea what that was either 🤣🤣 until I seen a video on fb of someone talking about it. I believe it was Kirsty Meakin

I really love this set!!! I use my Samsung A20 with a memory card to record and edit my videos. I don't have anxiety, but that's exactly why I do KZbin. Everything has pros and cons. Hi darlin! A year late but I’m just now watching your video. The hyponychium is the sealed skin under the free edge. It protects the body from infection. To answer her question you will cut a crescent shape in nail form (where the numbers begin) so it’ll lay nicely and won’t cause damage to the client. Definitely will be recreating this thanks ☺️

Love our design and new subscriber. You can use a peel off base coat since you do your nails a lot. I watch a lot of Korea nail tech creators and they use peel off base coat if the change their nails a lot. It seems to lessen the damage from frequent nail changes.

I really like Zulay’s prep trio ( dehydrator, acid base primer, no acid primer) every since I’ve switch to her products I have not had any lifting and my nails last up to a month or a little over a month. Depending on how much I change out my nails. Even on my clients they last over 3 weeks depending on if my client is heavy handed or not.
