I backpacked the Lake Superior trail a few years back and found that some jack holes made poop on logs and picnic tables. It seems like there’s just poop everywhere you look on the Lake Superior trail. Don’t even get me started on what’s covering lone rock

@Yooper Trail Pooper What the heck!?!?!? You people are ruining other people’s good time. Also, you people need to watch your diet, red poop is certainly an indicator of something being wrong.

Are you serious? This has happened to me EVERY time I have hiked here. I have been to lots of national parks and hiking trails, and never have I encountered so much human waste in and around the camp sites. It seems like a joke to these people.

The campsite by the lake was LS19. Have fun! It’s a very beautiful trail!
