.. POKARNA is selling at just 9 times earnings, great RoE and RoCE, continuous and rapid reduction in debt over the last 5 years, great promoter and management, thoughtfully presented annual report, company owns their granite mines and have entered into the high margin Quartz business. The opportunity - America is the largest importer of Indian Granite and the usa housing market has shown Historically highest rate of growth in October 2017 which is an outcome of shrinking supply (inventory overhang is less than 11 months). This is the Highest monthly rate of growth in housing demand in the history of America. You know that American housing was in decline for the last many years, and you also know that the housing boom lasts for at least half a decade when the cycle turns. You know that rising usa demand will push up not just the export volumes but also the price of granite and quartz. You can forecast what will happen when POKARNA increases its export volumes. What will happen...? A) If the volume grows 2.5x (very conservatively) then eps will grow 3x because company will enjoy higher margin, and because the debt would have been paid off by that time going by the current rate. B) The market will forecast another 3 years of 40% annual growth in profits and assign a future price multiple of at least 16x to this stock. C) The current eps of Rs 22 will perhaps cross Rs 65 by end 2020, and the market will forecast eps Rs 180 by end 2023 and assign the price target of at least Rs 2800 for FY24 calculating at 16x multiple. In conclusion, we will be able to sell POKARNA by end 2020 for north of Rs 1000 calculating at 16x FY21 EPS. The stock is currently available at Rs 220. I am more than satisfied to sell this at a conservative price of just Rs 880 in three years from today, around Christmas time year 2020. Quadruple the money in 3 years..... good enough. At this rate we can 16x our money in 6 years.... 256x in 12 years.... that suits me perfectly since i plan to retire in exactly 12 years from now. Disclaimer: I am invested in POKARNA... well invested.... and i will be most happy to see more and more investors purchase this company and enable my target of Rs 880 within just 2 yrs instead of 3 yrs. He George, i appreciate your curiosity. But, start working on picking Stocks upon yourself....look for: Good/Great Business or new Themes Good Management Good Financials (Profit for atleast last 5 years) Their future Business Plans If the Mutual Fund orgn., have Invested, if Yes, it would be good.
