Pork Afritada in Tomato Sauce | Kusinang PangMasa

Ingredients :
2 lbs. Pork cubed
3 pieces hot dog sliced
8 oz. tomato sauce
½ cup green peas (optional)
1 piece tomato cubed
2 pieces carrots wedged
2 pieces potato cubed
3 pieces bay leaves
1 piece onion minced
4 cloves garlic crushed
3 cups pork broth
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
1.Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic.
2.Add pork when onion softens. Continue to cook until light brown.
3.Add tomato sauce. Pour pork broth. Let boil.
4.Add bay leaves. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
5.Add hotdog, carrot and potato. Cook for 12 minutes.
6.Add green peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
7.Season with salt and ground black pepper.
