Pork Baked with Leeks Recipe | Polish Cooking and Baking

Pork Baked with Leeks Recipe:
700-800 g of thin boneless pork chops,
seasonings for the meat: salt (3/4 tsp), 1 tsp of sweet paprika, 1 tsp of marjoram, 3/4 tsp of granulated garlic (feel free to use your favourite pork seasonings instead)
1 small leek,
approx. 350 ml of heavy cream
Sprinkle the meat with spices (you can marinade the meat overnight or fry immediately) and cook on both sides, until golden. Arrange the meat in the baking tray and sprinkle with raw leek, cut into halfmoons. Pour over some cream. Cover with foil or lid and bake for 90 minutes or until pork is very tender. Serve over potatoes, rice or barley some crunchy slaw on the side. Enjoy!
