超快辣煲仔菜
豚肉秋葵粉絲豆腐煲
材料:
豆腐一盒
海鮮菇一盒
秋葵10條
娃娃菜3棵
芫荽適量
急凍豚肉片6片
雞蛋2隻
綠豆粉絲適量
芫荽粒及辣椒粒適量
處理:
1. 娃娃菜,搣開一塊塊,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 海鮮菇,剪去尾部,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 秋葵,剪去頂部,加入粗鹽一茶匙,撈勻,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 芫荽,剪去頂部,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
5. 豚肉片,清水解凍。
6. 豚肉片已解凍,倒去水分,加入粗鹽一茶匙,乸2分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。
7. 豚肉片,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙索乾。
8. 豚肉片,加入調味料:
a. 蒜蓉半茶匙
b. 沙嗲醬半茶匙
c. 蠔油少許
d. 生抽半茶匙
撈勻,加入少許生粉,撈勻。
9. 預備醬汁:
a. 蒜蓉半茶匙
b. 蠔油半茶匙
c. 生抽半茶匙
d. 胡椒粉適量
加入清水200毫升,攪勻。
10. 粉絲,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
11. 預備好煲仔。
烹調:
1. 娃娃菜,放煲內。
2. 豆腐,放娃娃菜上。
3. 已洗乾淨的雞蛋及菇類,放豆腐旁。
4. 放上粉絲及秋葵,放在爐上。
5. 醬汁,淋在上面,冚蓋,中慢火煲滾。
6. 煲仔開始滾起,放豚肉片在上面,冚蓋,大火滾起。
7. 灑上芫荽碎及辣椒粒。
8. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Tofu 1 box
Mushrooms 1 box
Okra 10 Nos.
Baby wongbok 3 Nos.
Coriander appropriate amount
Frozen pork belly 6 slices
Eggs 2 Nos.
Mung bean vermicelli appropriate amount
Coriander and chili cubes appropriate amount
Preparation:
1. The wongbok, tear it slice by slice. Rinse with tap water. Drain.
2. The mushrooms, cut its ends. Rinse with tap water. Drain.
3. Okra, cut anchors. Add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, mix well. Rinse with tap water. Drain.
4. Coriander, cut off the root. Rinse with tap water. Drain.
5. The belly, defrost in tap water.
6. The belly has been defrosted, pour away water. Add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, season for 2 minutes, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it.
7. The belly, rinse with tap water. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels.
8. The belly, add seasoning:
a. Garlic sauce 0.5 tsp
b. Satay sauce 0.5 tsp
c. Oyster sauce little
d. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp
Mix well. Add in little tapioca starch, mix well.
9. Prepare sauce:
a. Garlic sauce 0.5 tsp
b. Oyster sauce 0.5 tsp
c. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp
d. Pepper appropriate amount
Add in 200ml of water, mix well.
10. The vermicelli, rinse with tap water. Drain.
11. Get ready for a pot.
Steps:
1. The wongbok, put in the pot.
2. Tofu, put on top of the wongbok.
3. Rinsed eggs and mushrooms, are to be put besides the tofu.
4. Put vermicelli and okra on top. Put on the gas cooker.
5. The sauce, is to be poured over the pot. Cover up the pot. Heat up at medium-low flame.
6. The pot boils up, put the belly on top. Cover up the pot. Heat up at high flame.
7. Put coriander and chili cubes on top.
8. Complete. Serve.
